Mission Stitchin’ is a very friendly and productive sewing group which meets in the St James Parish Centre.
Anyone is welcome to join, especially if you have a sewing machine! Participants share morning tea and lunch together.
The finished goods are donated to overseas missions (clothes, blankets, small bags as pencil cases, etc) and to the Intensive Care Unit of the Canberra Hospital (gowns, bandanas, small bags for heart monitors, knee rugs for wheelchairs).
