Margaret has been the Rector of Hope, Gin
ninderra, since June 2026, after serving in Anglican Ministry in Victoria and Queensland.She is passionate about churches fulfilling our calling to be the Body of Christ – to perceive the world with the mind of Christ, to serve vulnerable people as the hands of Christ, and to love our communities with the heartof Christ. Margaret has a doctorate in the Gospel of John and loves to help people find timeless wisdom in our ancient Scriptures to help us live well in the complexities of our day.

Helen has been the assistant priest at St Barnabas since 2010. She is particularly committed to contemplative prayer, exploring the scriptures, and worship through Word and Sacrament. Helen is interested in the growth of faith and of community..

Deacon to the World
The role of the Deacon is to serve in the world. Hazel travels across Australia in her ministry supporting healing and reconciliation for Australian Aboriginal people. Hazel is also licensed to our parish where we support her ministry in prayer and enjoy her contribution to our worship when she is in Canberra.
